Right to Withdraw from the Contract
If you have purchased goods that do not suit your needs, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to Exchange Goods
If you only wish to exchange your goods for a different item:
- Please contact us first via email at info@pedrolamelo.com to agree on the exchange details.
- Send the original goods to: Vingo s.r.o., Heydukova 349, 386 01 Strakonice, Czech Republic.
- Once we receive and inspect the package, we will promptly send you the new goods.
How to Return Goods (Withdrawal)
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Inform us about your decision to withdraw by email at info@pedrolamelo.com. We will discuss the details of your refund.

Shipping: Pack the goods securely and send them to:
Vingo s.r.o., Heydukova 349, 386 01 Strakonice, Czech Republic. - Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Extended Withdrawal Period
It is possible to agree on an extension of the 14-day period or a withdrawal after this period has expired. In such cases, a mutual written agreement between the customer and Vingo s.r.o. is required.
Important Notes
- Please inform us once you have shipped the package so we can track its arrival.
- The goods should be returned undamaged and in their original condition if possible.
