How does this mechanism work?

The sliding screen is a practical, mobile shading solution that complements any terrace or pergola. Unlike fixed walls, it allows you to adapt to the sun's movement throughout the day or year. You can provide shade exactly where it is needed most.
Often, just one or two panels are enough for an entire terrace. Thanks to our clever mechanism, the screen can even navigate corners. This means you can easily slide it to the adjacent wall, exactly where the sun is shining.
In addition to light control, the sliding screen provides excellent privacy—not just from neighbors, but within your own garden. Sliding panels and semi-transparent slats allow you to cleverly zone different areas, such as separating a seating area from a children's play zone or the pool.
Unlike traditional opaque dividers, the space remains open and connected. You stay in touch with your surroundings without visual clutter, whether you install it at the entrance, on the terrace, or under a pergola.

About our track systems:

We manufacture our tracks in-house at our Vingo workshop. They are made of high-quality steel with POM plastic rollers. All screws and fasteners are stainless steel, featuring self-locking nuts to ensure they never loosen. Everything comes pre-prepared for very easy installation.
Choose from several pre-configured sets:

1m Straight Track – Includes 1m track and 2 connectors (for extension purposes only; does not include rollers).
2m Straight Track – Includes 2m track, 2 end caps, 2 rollers, 2 stabilizing feet.
4m Straight Track – Includes 2x 2m tracks, 2 end caps, 1 connector, 2 rollers, 2 stabilizing feet.
6m Straight Track – Includes 3x 2m tracks, 2 end caps, 2 connectors, 2 rollers, 2 stabilizing feet.
2x2m Corner Track – Includes 2x 2m tracks, 2 end caps, 1 corner piece, 2 connectors, 2 swivel rollers, 2 stabilizing feet.
2 Individual Rollers – Includes 2 locking feet.

All parts are powder-coated for superior corrosion resistance.
The set includes stainless steel screws (5mm diameter, 100mm length) for mounting to wooden pergolas.
End caps serve as a stop for the sliding wooden slat panels.
The stabilizing feet serve as lower locks (e.g., in windy weather), with a maximum adjustment of 70mm.
Swivel pulleys allow the screen to move around corners. The corner section has a length of 50cm before the bend.

Installation & assembly

The screen is delivered ready for assembly - you will receive two packages: one with the slats and one with the frame components, including all necessary screws.

Can the slats be tilted?

No, the slats on the sunscreens cannot be tilted.
